Bryn Street in Ashton-in-Makerfield

3 bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 kitchen 1 big dining room 1 loft Work undertook for whole house: Dot & Dab Skimming Ceilings Joint Taping on Walls Insulation Installation Painting Walls & Ceiling We underwent this project in February 2010. Picture 1 is a part of the dining room downstairs, facing the rear garden. The wall have been joint taped and the ceiling skimmed. The original ceiling here was artexed, which is pretty much outdated now.

Picture 2 is of the same dining room but facing the front. There is a main road to the front of the house (in Ashton-in-Makerfield town centre, near the town hall). the same process as the rear of the dining room, joint taped walls with a skimmed ceiling. Architrave can be seen surrounding the perimieter of the ceiling, unlike the rear of the dining room.

Picture 3 is of the kitchen area facing the rear garden. It shows the windows boarded and tape jointed and sanded ready for painting. The ceiling was boarded and a special bulk head had to be created (cant be seen in picture)

Picture 4 is of the front door and corridor, dot dabbed walls, tape jointed to a finish ready for painting. To the rear of the picture is the stairs, which were also dot dabbed, taped and sanded to a finish.

Picture 5 is of the rear bedroom. This picture shows one of the rooms painted to a finish. Walls were dot dabbed, taped and jointed, and sanded/painted to a finish.
